MPL encourages customers to utilize online services

Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) has encouraged customers to maximize the use of the off-premises channels to acquire the port’s services during the Covid1-19 lock down.

“As part of the public safety measures in place to suppress and mitigate the spread of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid19), we encourage our customers to utilize our off-premises channels to solicit the Port’s services, ” MPL said in statement.

Even though MPL accept payments through MPL counters, customers are strongly advised to consider to use online portal to “protect yourselves, our staff working on the forefront and our communities” during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Customers are requested to;

1 – Register at “My Bandharu” online webportal ( portal and make payments online through the portal.

2 – Contact MPL through our instant – messaging (Viber / Whatsapp: +9607226682) and E-mail ( to send us the requisite documents (Bill of lading, Credit Invoices, Delivery Orders etc) and instructions to submit applications and payments for services. Services provided through instant – messaging will be available from 0800hrs – 2100hrs daily. Payments can be made through online baking services to
